I am looking to run the 1500m in 3 weeks and would like to know what I should be able to do to pace myself for a good time. My 400 time is a high 53 and my 800 is a 2:02 but can be faster. I ran a 1600 in march in 4:40 but had a bad race and in February ran a 3000 indoor at 9:30 just off road running.
