The women's pole vault which was going to be done on the Millrose runway they brought out to put right in front of the stands will be done instead on the normal runway due to the conditions.

Makes sense as the millrose one was an elevated runway.

He ran 10.40. His legal PR is 10.42 so that's a pb but he's run 10.07windy.

It's worth noting that he ran into a .4 m/s wind. Not sure how that's possibe as the wind is huge and should be coming from behind. Guess it's more of a cross wind.

Fans, don' get frustrated when they spend 30 minutes on the men's and woment's 100 prelims and final....then only give 1500 2 minutes between high jump and long jump competition

That's what I thought at first but before the first commerical they showed a head on shot of the finish stands and it looked almost full.

No one on the backstretch. It's 50 and raining. Not a good day to get any walk up crowd.
