I don't think her biggest weakness is her kick. She just needs to be faster overall.

Jordan will not be joining the Salazar group. She's headed back to California.

It seems very likely she could go to the Eugene OTC coached by Mark Rowland. She seems to really like the town and the university.
The only options in California would be:
Bay Area Track Club...not sure who the coach is
Mammoth Track Club...not sure who the coach is
Joe Vigil's group in Big Bear with Brenda Martinez

I noticed the twitter thing and it was almost like they were trying to get friendly with her so she would join after college. I think Salazar sees a new 10k runner who he could take to the next level.
