Start by building up to 160km/week before end of summer. Add in weights and drill in fall and then let me know and I can see if Renato can get her on top-notch medical program.

Take your very talented son out of all other activities and start having him load up the miles. Get him up to 100 miles a week as fast as you can.
As for speed workouts :
Run 10+ miles in am then in afternoons of Monday - Weds - Fri - day do 20 x 400 with 200m jog between at goal pace for the 1500. On Tues and Thurs 10 x 200 in sub 30 with 90 sec jog between.
Sat - 600 meter time trial
Sunday - 20 miler
