For myself, only about 500 meters right now. That's due to back and knee problems though. I plan to get healthy and be able to run 800 meters and beyond at that pace. Any 4 minute milers reading?

Maybe 200 meters?
nearly 200m
I would bet, 450-600m. I have no leg speed.
600 isn't half bad. Means you could run a 2:0x 800
At least 3218m.
At this altitude I could run flat out for a half mile before my hand starts shaking.
500m
About this far -------------------------------------------------------
They should have actual races based on this principle. Line up a bunch of treadmills and set them to 15mph. Whoever lasts longest without falling off wins. Protective gear such as helmets and knee pads are recommended.
1200 meters - 1992 - Penn Relays DMR.
Now - maybe, just maybe 400 meters with a likely hospital visit immediately after.
800 meters.
300 meters
here's an idea... wrote:

I've suggested this before, but with one 8 lane wide and 20 foot long treadmill.
1,200 meters.
ONE MILLION DOLLARS

.
You have decent leg speed if you can make it to 600m at 15mph.
However, that does not mean you're a good sprinter. Cause I realize that I probably could have ran 600 that fast. So 15 mph is more about strength.

No worries, mate. Leg speed is overrated anyway. We can work on your leg speed velocity and you'll be flying in no time.
Probly 60 meters now.
In my yewt, more like 1200 meters.
And soon it will be zero.
