Probably still good enough to be on the 4x4 team.
Sad to say but yes... Probably yes... Could he be under heavy training load right now? I dont think so but...
With 45 second 400m speed, he could possibly be a great 800m runner. Why not try at this point in his career?

Nonsense. Unless he is dealing with injuries, lack of motivation, and/or discontinued use of a drug that helped him run fast earlier in his career, there is no reason that a 29 year old 400 meter runner cannot be as fast as ever.

Wariner did not race at Oxy. He raced at Atlanta in a nothing meet, and I'm not so sure the track was that good (at the Greater Atlanta Christian School in Norcross GA). I don't understand why Wariner wouldn't go to Shanghai. Maybe he's having problems (again)?
