Admittedly the distance runs for Michael Tinsley weren't all that far - 30 minutes - but thought they were key to him finally breaking through. He PRd at London and got under 48 for the first time.Kudos to Tinlsley for his perseverence and for adding in the 'long runs'. If you ever want to try the 800, shoot us an email.
