Some other information:
My PB in the 1500m is 3:59, but I would like to run closer to 3:50 by the end of the outdoor season.
My mileage is about 60 miles a week.
And, another workout I have ran recently:
3x600m with 6 minute recovery, in flats
1:30, 1:29, 1:27
Any thoughts or opinions would be great!
