Yeah, I imagine that the reporter just assumed Rupp when Mo mentioned his partner. Rupp actually seemed to get a lot of media attention in the British press as "Mo's partner" after the Olympic 10k.

rupp is unbeatable in the US...at any distance. i wouldn't be surprised if he would give symmonds and solomon and run for their money in the 800. and i'm dead serious.

No chance for Rupp against Symmonds or Solomon at 800.
No chance for Rupp against Centro or Leo at 1500.
Rupp/Lagat/Lomong is a tough call right now.
Rupp owns the 10,000.

Rupp is a 26:48 10,000m runner. Nobody has ever run under 26:50 and under 1:46. How the hell is Galen Rupp going to be such an exception?
1:46 for a marathon is just too fast, I don't think it's possible. Not until some one breaks 2 hours first.

Your whole post is void just by how poorly thought out it is.
Rupp would have crushed Centro indoors head to head that's pretty much a fact proven by Centro's races and Rupp's races. To say someone who went 3:50.92 indoors in his only serious attempt has no chance against Centro and Leo (are you kidding?) is kind of insane. Leo just lost to Cory Leslie by 2 full seconds. You really want to stand by that statement? To have no chance, Rupp would have to be worse than Leo/Centro on his best day compared to their worst day, and nobody who follows the sport would believe that.
