looks about right, could even go slightly lower in the last week if you still have some aches and pains.
I think it would be more interesting to see the workouts that go along with the mileage taper. I feel like that is more important than the mileage. I had three different coaches in college (all at the same school) and they all pretty much did similar tapers. First workout of the week cutdown or shorter intervals than normal with lower volume and the second workout would be like 8x400(200m jog) a couple days out. And mileage varied but it was a similar reduction each week. I am a coach now and still run but do a different taper now with more success. I make the taper shorter, drop the mileage to 60-80% for the final 2 weeks of the final expected meet(individualized) and have extended that taper to 3-4weeks for athletes that have made it to a later regional championship. First workout of the week is a lower volume/faster/more rest interval workout with the second workout being a short threshold workout with a few 400s or 300s or 200s at the end.
