That doesn't make one bit of sense.
Are the 711 and naked man on the news incidents completely unrelated to the bomb suspects?

Needed some slim jims and a slurpee, and didn't have any cash. Made perfect sense to me.
I was wondering the same thing. Seems pretty random.
They have security camera images of the suspect at large from the 7-11 robbery
Found the photo. Welcome to the dumbest criminals. Seriously, trained by military in another country then come to US to terrorize but, foil it by robbing a 7-11? I don't buy that story. If so, that must have been the dumbest, highly trained and planned team in the world.

Propaganda does not be consistent. Only ever present

I'd like to hear from some FBI profiler but it doesn't make any sense to me either.
Definitely not pros to go rob a 7-11 when the entire city is looking for you.
Only thing I can think of is these two murderers thought they'd go down like it was Grand Theft Auto?
The scary thing is if these guys had a brain they could have slipped out of the country pretty easily.
Watching the uncle go off on them now. He's pissed. Yelling. "we're ashamed". Calls them "losers". We need more talk like this.
Wejo, they first killed a MIT police officer and stole his campus police car. At the 7-11 is where they hijacked another car. The "robbery" probably came as a spur of the moment thing.

This is an interesting timeline...
http://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2013/04/19/us/boston-marathon-manhunt.html?nytapp=true&partner=rss&emc=rssWhy is there no time stamp on the 711?
My thought was maybe they didn't plan ahead and keep any cash on them, and you obviously can't use credit cards when the FBI is on your @ss.
No one robbed a 7/11 , they high jacked a car at the 7/11.
Please look for facts not gossip as you hear it.
This says the 7-11 robbery came first:
The timeline will be figured out eventually.
Possible the robbery occurred in the 711 parking lot, not to 711. That would make sense. The brother is seen inside 711 in the surveillance. Maybe he was distracting the employee while the older brother held someone at gunpoint for their car and such.
7-11 is in central square, carjacking came later in a different location.
They don't seem like they were trying to flee the region, rather it looks like they wanted to take down as many cops as possible before they were taken down. 7-11 robbery may have been to draw a police response
On Tuesday the younger suspect (still on the loose) was back on the UMass Dartmouth campus where he goes to school and was in the fitness center lifting weights, this was a day after the bombings, unbelievable.
Either CNN or Fox (I've been switching back and forth) said it wasn't really a robbery, but a car-jacking took place there. Calling it a robbery is misleading.
The only reason they were still hanging out in Cambridge must have been that they were convinced they were going to get away with the bombing. I'm guessing they were surprised when their faces appeared all over the news, and unexpectedly they found themselves having to flee. Robbing the 711 was probably a last minute solution to a cash crunch along with the $800 they pulled from the hijacked woman's bank, which would have no doubt fueled their getaway probably following some more destruction before leaving Boston.

The whole "military-trained" shtick was another rumor. The brothers had lived here for awhile and definitely did not come here to "terrorize."
Slurpee run.
This a all a ruse. These people are fabricated, to make people feel at ease thinking that the bad guys were captured. Mark my words, the second dude will also be "killed".
