First of all, sorry if this is a cliche topic.
I haven't run the 1600m in a while, but my PR is 5:13 which I set like 4 months back after the XC season. I ran 5:15 in the first meet of the track season, a little over 2 months ago, and haven't run a proper 1600m since.
Last week I did 11:04 for the 3200m and the week before I did a 2:16.00 800m but I got a shitty start and got boxed in. I feel like I could have gotten a low 2:15.
Is the 3200m time and 800m time enough information to determine whether or not I could go sub 5 in the 1600m? If it is, could I?
