If I run all four years of cross country but no track for a D2 school can I run track for an NAIA school?
If I run all four years of cross country but no track for a D2 school can I run track for an NAIA school?
Only if you did not graduate from the D2. You cannot attend grad school in NAIA and compete if you graduated from a different school.
no. the answer is no if you are asking about xc. you have used your four years of xc. end of story.
if you have used your four years of track, i do believe you can compete in the naia in track.
Both of these posts are wrong. Yes you can run ONE season of track at an NAIA school. The NAIA gives you 10 semesters of eligibility, and after four years, you'd have used 8. If you graduated from you D-II, then you'll have to enroll in a Master's program to compete.
correct answer:
you have 4 seasons to use no matter which level you use them at. The naia does allow 10 semesters as a full time student, but you still only get 4 seasons of each sports (XC, indoor, and outdoor)
hope that helps
Probably still incorrect answers. In NAIA, you have to graduate from the NAIA school and be in grad school at the same school.
You could go D1 tough.
