Some workouts I've done so far...
500 in 1:12
400 in 57
300 in 42
400 in 56
500 in 1:13
5 minute jog between each, last 500 was difficult.
8 200's averaging 26.8-.9 with 2-3 minute jog between each, not full sprint.
2 sets of 4 400's averaging 64, 5 minutes between sets and 50 seconds between 400's.
Average run is between 8-12 miles from 7 to 6:20 pace.
