I haven't run in 5 months. I had some arthritis issues in my left hip. I have been keeping fit in the gym 3 days a week, lifting and doing some rowing as well. I am the coach of my 5 year olds soccer team so I run around the field on Tuesday and Saturday. I did run a 39 minute 10k last November. By not running so much my Arthritis calmed down and I got the desire to test myself in some sprint races this week at a all comers meet. What would be a solid time for a 45 year old for both the 200 and 400 with no running focused workouts based the info provided? If all goes well I may become a sprinter.
Thanks,
