What core routines do you incorporate into your training?
My usual core routine is:
1 minute front plank
30 seconds left side plank
30 seconds right side plan
10 push ups
30 leg lifts
60 flutter kicks
30 leg scissors
10 spiderman push ups
60 cherry pickers
15 V-Ups
30 sit ups
10 diamond push ups
Another routine I do is "Golden Abs" which is basically an insane amount of crunches.
10 Crunches w/ both feet straight out
10 Crunches w/ 1 leg straight 1 leg bent
10 Crunches w/ other leg straight, other leg bent
10 Crunches w/ both legs bent.
10 Crunches w/ 1 leg off the ground, 1 leg bent
10 Crunches w/ other leg off the ground, other leg bent.
10 Crunches w/ both legs off the ground.
10 Crunches w/ 1 leg straightened off the ground, 1 leg off the ground.
10 Crunches w/ other leg straightened off the ground, other leg off the ground.
If I want to do more, I'll go all the way back down as well.
