6x300m 45, 44, 45, 46, 44, 42
3 minute rest on an indoor 200m track.
I did this in February. What should I be able to do by June on an outdoor track?
I've run 54/2:07 last year.

I ran almost that exact same workout in late Feb / early March on an outdoor track (1 turn, 2 straights) and it felt pretty easy, also tacked on a 58 second 400 after 5 minutes at the end.
I have almost no experience running the 800 though, so I only managed a 2:08 off that in a dual meet. I feel like 2:06 at least is possible. A guy I ran that workout with that ran 2:05 last year ran 2:03 recently. For us this was a pretty easy workout, so if this was a balls to the wall effort you shouldn't expect better than 2:05... don't know if the extra turn(s) on the indoor track would make that much difference.
Depending on other factors like base, race experience, etc. I feel like you could be anywhere from 2:00 to 2:04 by June.
Progress this over time to 8 x 300m with 100m in 43/44 mixed walk jog recovery then you will be close to 2 mins by summer
Off 54 you have the speed to go sub 2 in time
