Great finish.

Is anybody else a bit impressed with the talent that comes out of Utah? Not to mention their history of great xc teams (mountain view, bingham, american fork, davis, etc)

Absolutely. Greatest state per-capita. Made several mentions to that effect following their ridiculously good state meet last fall.
Pushers 2.0?
What about the sophomore who led early? Nice future.

Definitely nice potential for the future - he ran 15:17.8 in cross as a sophomore and top-15 at FLN... and I think 9:18 for 3200 last year as a freshman.
Think he might have been just a little excited at this race though? gapping the field on the first lap with a 62...

Agreed. It's funny, autocorrect changed Puskedra to pushers.
Incredible. We have a condo in Park City near the high school and I saw Ben doing tempo and intervals on the streets as I "jogged" 2 weeks ago. Very, very strong. Park City is ideal running terrain. Plenty of relatively flat roads and smooth bike paths trails at about 6900 feet with hundreds of miles of higher steeper trail terrain, all very runnable. After all Rupp and Mo trained there for 7 weeks before London and we know what happened. I also see the Princeton and BYU teams in town late summer training.
Pushers 2.0?
4:14 last 1600, not mile.

Complete FAT splits now posted:

Where are the results on that?

Reminiscent of Craig Lutz- 9:17 in the 3200 as a frosh
