So I am running a Marathon in a little over 4 weeks from now and trainng has gone well so far. I am using the Hansons Advanced plan this time and I hit peak mileage next week at around 65-70. The most challenging parts will be the 3, 10 mile MP tempo runs during that time with the last coming 10 days prior to the race. I have been averaging 7:30s so far during the 9 milers. A couple of questions: Does this bode well for me breaking 3:25 (my BQ, I'm 48). How much improvement is still occurring physiologically over this last month, is it feasible that I could still improve my potential by several minutes, say 2,3,4 or 5? Thanks for the imput
