I'm a pretty mediocre track and field athlete; I'm around 6 minutes 10 seconds for the 1600 and 13 minutes for the 3200.
If I just did a marathon at the end of the season for kicks, with no additional training, would I do OK? Our team does one "long run" a week, but I put it in quotes because it's not really that long, only about 6 miles usually.
Would I break 4? Just curious.
