Is there any way you can see the entries for races besides school by school entries? I'd rather just see who's in what race lol
Wilmot from North Central, WA got in? He hasn't ran anything all season.... I could see Hardy finishing top 3 here.
Sarah Baxter will stomp these hoes.
I would assumed he'd be in the invitational section... he ran 8:57 last season as a sophomore... Agreed on Hardy if he has a great race.

You do realize their season just started. Also, they are playing it safe by racing him not very often this spring.
I think their soph stud is racing down there as well. Not sure which event he is doing, but he is one to watch.
I agree that Hardy could finish in top 3. He has a great kick and is a smooth runner.
As always, I look forward to watching the Arcadia 3200!
Montoya is also entered in the mile, although that doesn't necessarily mean he will run it. He did not have a great race at Arizona's big Chandler meet last week, but perhaps was holding back - but that's never been his style. He ran a very strong mile at Chandler last year. I'm not as confident of a big Arcadia performance as I was last year.
Watch out for the other Arizona runner, though. He's running very strong right now.
Jacob Thompson for the win, gotta be hungry after getting beat at Brooks by Montoya.
Rematch! Time for Thompson to get redemption.
Below is a list of the entrants with their best 3200m (some converted from 2 mile) that I could find on milesplit:
8:48.25 Bernie Montoya
8:51.23 Jake Leingang
8:51.78 Jacob Thompson
8:54.65 Blake Haney
8:55.22 Joe Hardy
8:55.24 Zach Perrin
8:55.30 Ben Saarel
8:55.86 Jack Keelan
8:57.73 Jacob Burcham
8:58.51 Brock Baker
9:01.24 Sam Wharton
9:01.96 Aaron Templeton
9:02.80 Connor Sorrells
9:03.09 Tyler Yunk
9:03.81 Andy Trouard
9:04.78 Elijah Armstrong
9:06.05 Joe Sansone
9:06.49 Nick Elswick
9:07.39 Grant Nykaza
9:07.65 Juan Gonzalez
9:08.03 Ben Huffman
9:08.28 Jack Boyle
9:09.11 Christian Freeman
9:09.12 Yohaness Estifanos
9:11.53 Tom Rooney
9:11.59 Noah Kauppila
9:12.07 Trevor Gilley
9:14.88 Connor Mantz
9:17.34 Jake Heslington
9:32.14 Chuk Mitchell
The kid from Stockdale, Blake Haney will win.
Oh, yeah, he's a junior!
Good hell, if Ben Saarel doesn't win this thing I am going to throw up. That kid has been crushing people all season without competition. 9:03 full 2 mile at altitude and then 8:55 3200 at semi altitude (St. George). Closed in 54 in both races.
Watch out, Bernie.
Watch out for Baker.
Templeton converts to just under 9:00 at NBIN.
Two Tennessee guys for 8:50 but Montoya FTW.

Where did he run his 9:03 and what is full altitude? Salt Lake City is not full altitude. I saw he ran 9:00 in Pocatello, which might be a better performance than his 8:55 at 3,000'. Either way, this kid looks solid.
So his 9:03 and his 9:00 are probably roughly equivalent and, when adjusted for 4,400-4,500', probably better than his 8:55. He will be in the mix. Is this kid a hammerhead with the mileage?
He ran his 8:55 after running 1:54 and 4:16 on the same day, supposedly closing the race in 54. That's definitely the most impressive. I still give Montoya the edge though.
That is impressive. He is probably in similar shape as Montoya, capable of an 8:45 at sea level.
This field, with 30 amazing talents, is ridiculous. It very well could be the strongest 3,200m race ever assembled. Kudos to Rich Gonzalez for putting this race together. At this point, I am guessing 22 of the 30 break 9!
Where did you find the seeds? And just to make some edits:
Sorrells 9:01.40
Estifanos 8:29 3,000---->9:06
These are not seed times. They are simply the best times I could find on milesplit. Converting up from 3000m is a bigger stretch than I wanted to make when creating the list.
