In a break with LRC tradition, I actually tried to find some info on this unfortunate woman at the Columbia website. (Incidentally, I notice that the Columbia athletes seem to be staying entirely out of these discussions. Good for them--I guess the Ivy League *does* have smart kids.)
She was listed on the xc/tf rosters her freshman year (2009-10); she does not appear on any later rosters. Her frosh bio said she'd run "4:40 1500m … 10:38 3200m" in high school.

FWIW: when I attended an Ivy BITD, I got much more than a full-tuition scholarship: my financial aid (all scholarship, no work-study or loans) paid for all my tuition, plus half of my room-and-board charges. And I couldn't run a lick.
Plus Ivy aid packages have gotten *more* generous since then. I've coached in the Ivy League and can tell you that athletes do NOT get nudge-nudge-wink-wink extra aid...except in the sense that *every* student does.
One reason an increasing number of top HS athletes are going Ivy is that they realize the Ivy education will cost their families less than accepting that full-tuition athletic scholarship at Intoxicated State.
