So just last week i ran a 2:13 800. It was a 11s PR. I decided this year i was gonna be 1600/3200 guy. But i was put in the 800 with no training for it and ran very well. My splis were 64 and 69. And the first lap was actually a 1s pr in the 400. Can i run 2:10 or lower with 800m training in two weeks? My 1600m pr is 4:58
