Someone keep us posted on women's 10K! The live video sucks.

Bergman is closing on Flanagan, Goucher getting tossed out the back.
Flanagan sub 5 at the mile, Goucher way back but still way ahead of the pack which includes Hasay.
Thanks for the updates!
Wow, surprised Flanagan is out that quick. I figured she'd hang out around A-standard pace for the first five miles or so and then bring it home.
Hasay in 3rd now, looking good.
Flanagan 19:58 through 4 miles.
sorry Hasay in like 8th, still looking good.
this feels so old-school having to wait for updates on a message board instead of watching live video.
f*ck flotrack.
i have paid for the diamond league on universal sports for the past few years, but i just can't bring myself to pay for some sh*tty flotrack video.
is this the last race of the night?
Hasay looks really smooth, just chilling, pretty obvious she just getting a 10K out of the way as a base/something to shoot for, maybe they are planning for her to open it up with a K to go or something.
Flanagan 24:59 at 5 miles
31:05 for Shalane. 7th Fastest US All-time, counting her own times.
Hasay finished. 32:46
Goucher 31:46, misses A standard by a second.
Nice run by Flanagan. Fast, but not too fast. Evenly paced then closed the last 2k a bit faster.
that was not worth $20
Adam's not gettin any tonight.

Uhhh.. That run would have been the 10th fastest time in the world last year, and 35 seconds out of a medal in London....
AND IT'S MARCH!!!!!
"Nice run" doesn't quite cover it. More like a gauntlet was thrown down.
DK how long it takes these women to come back will? when? where? she go for it again
