So it's been a few months since I've run consistently, and after going to the gym for a while I decided I wanted to train for races again. How many miles per week (or simply how many times) should I go running every week? When should I start doing workouts? I wanna keep going to the gym too. I am about to finish my sophomore year of college, but I'd rather run on my own since my career path school doesn't have a track team or running club.
