Through the first round of the Euro Indoors as well, maybe she'll be even faster after this weekend.

She ran like a freak and had no competition. With better pacing and some good competition, I think she could go MUCH faster.
She needs to stop going out so quick. She missed out on a medal at the World Youths behind Wilson and Judd because she tied up down the home straight after leading the whole way.
Super talent though.
I was only approximating from the YouTube timer, but I had her very roughly at :29/:59/1:30 for intermediate splits in this race. I think that's pretty reasonable--those would probably be my target splits if I wanted to run ~2:03.
I'd like to know what typing of training this girl does in Iceland in the wintertime. Has to be brutal.
Anita Hinriksdottir is the same age as Cain and had better times than Cain last year. Will they meet at the World Youths this year?
It isn't that bad: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iceland#Climate. No worse than Wisconsin.

Oh come on. Everybody knows ice is a faster surface.
2:03.15 at world juniors
Her mechanics could use some work her body looks too forward she could probably drop some time if she saw salazar
She is a bit older than Mary Cain...she's 17 years old...also Mary ran her 2:03.34 800M when she was about one year younger than when Anita ran 2:03.27. But her time is still impressive because it's indoors.
It looks like Anita is more of an 800M runner than 1500M.
She ran a 4:19 PB 1500M when she was 16.

Cain is about 4 months younger. Hardly a big difference.
Looked like a time trial. No one near her from 5 meters on. Competition should knock some time off.
Have you never seen D2? Greenland is covered in ice and Iceland is very nice.
Yes, much faster -- especially if Salazar is allowed on the track to call out her splits.

Gotta love the North Atlantic Current!
She needs new tactics. The all out sprint in 800m will never work when she has competition.
Better looking too

Significantly warmer than Wisconsin, actually
she should probaby try running her 800 on pure hate and see where that gets her
