I was just curious what type of mile she can expect based off of this workout. 10 minute warmup @ 7:45 pace, then 4 x 800 @ 3:10 with about 4 1/2 to 5 minutes between each. followed by a 10 minute cooldown. Some detail, she has been running for two years, as well as playing soccer. Ran cross country in the fall, usually 3K to 4K races. Ran 3 to 4 days a week throughout the summer and fall. Indoor track has been 2 days a week, one day intervals, and the 2nd day a 25 to 35 minute run. Current mile pr is 6:38 from outdoor track last year. Thanks.
