Hey I was wondering how much of a difference indoor makes from outdoor in terms of time, and what the factors are, is the tight turns the only factors, or does the dry air have any impact? How much of a difference does it make in the 400, 800, and the mile?
Also, this weekend I ran a 1:55.8 in the 800M indoor. When outdoor approaches, will I be able to run 1:53.99 in the outdoor season on similar training, or to make that leap will I need to increase the intensity?
