She's just stupid and unprepared. Unknown or not, that woman is just plain stupid and has no right being a reporter.
The letsrun community should let her know how stupid and insulting she is.
Ouch. That was so awkward I couldn't the watch whole interview. It was too embarrassing, I had to turn it off.
I've got a little more respect for Mo for not saying "Yeh, I won two olympic gold medals this past summer for running" when she asked him if he had ever run before.
Mo Farah looked like he couldn't believe some of those questions. I really liked where the reporter asked how he trained for the marathon and he had to tell her it was a HALF marathon.
unbelievable hahahha. oh my god. i cannot believe that. double olympic gold. hahahahhaha.
Don't you think there's a chance she was asking him if he had ever run this particular race before? She was surely not asking him if he had ever run anything before. It seems like he took it that way, since he said he had run half marathons before but never the New Orleans race. I would think it was a poorly phrased question not a completely ridiculous question.

And then she went on to call it a marathon again AFTER he corrected her. Hilarious interview.
I thought reporters did some research before interviews. Props to Farah. I could never have been that polite.
She really didn't know. She is one of those people who asks "how long was your marathon?".
It almost came across like he was visiting New Orleans and decided to run the race on a lark and showed remarkable aptitude for running.
Jesus christ that was hard to watch. I wouldn't expect them to know who he is but they couldn't have done 30 seconds research? Try googling his name you shower of f*cking amateurs.
It also seemed like her audio feed was cut off, because she responded to every question in exactly the same way.
I was going to say she must have been asking him if he had run this course before, but watching it a second time and seeing how she hesitates before asking the question again, I'm not so sure.
That was painful to watch. She clearly knows nothing about running. She was talking to him like he was some nobody who came out of nowhere and ran a fast time.
Wow that was hilarious. She had no idea who she was interviewing.
Hillarious!
His reaction when she first asks him if he has ran before hahahahahahahahaha
Hilarious to watch ! She started out well though - saying that "We have today's winner, Mo Farah, to tell us about his amazing feet!".
"Now haven't you run before?"
Quote of the day Brojos, do it!!!!!

Exactly. It would have been hilarious to be able to think fast enough on your feet and respond to such an idiotic question by saying " Well, I was out drinking hurricanes on Bourbon Street until the early hours of the morning and some guy at the bar bet me $100 that I couldn't finish the half-marathon. So, I put out my cigarette and staggered over to the start line and gave it go. I can't believe how fast I ran ! I might have to try this again."
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
