Starting to prep myself for the 100 miles/100 beers week challenge (not sure if there is a special name for it). Anyway, I've been averaging about 65 miles a week and putting in about 30 - 45 beers a week for a couple months. I want to get through the week without hurting myself. Any suggestions/recommendations on how to simultaneously build mileage and beer consumption while maintaining a productive work schedule?
(I work about 50 hours a week in an office, and I need to be sharp at work. Also, any suggestions on what season I should try the challenge.)
