Sort of, I'm sure, but I suspect the intent was to (ultimately) be god-affirming.
The OP conveniently ignored the difference between *theoretically* being able to measure something (that can't, at present, *practically* be measured)--and *defining* something else as incapable of measurement.
It's just another instance of "tarzanning"--grabbing hold of a word at this tree, and swinging over to that tree with it--which is a favored technique of apologists for the irrational.
Scientists can't measure dark matter but they know it exists.

No. But now that I think about it, I can see how some would view it that way.
Whether or not something can be measured speaks more to the lack of measuring ability. There was a time when the speed of light could not be measured. Surely, that did not mean that there was not a speed associated with it.
