Great to see lomong run so fast. His camp move has done him well the last year. As a bonus, great to see centro get beat. Can't stand all the hype and fanboys. Plus, he's a real whiny, complainer type.
What is a camp move? He changed coaches in 2010 if thats what you mean. Prior to that he had run 3:32.?? and 1:45.?? and was a finalist at the world championships in 1500.
You gotta love Lomong. Here are some great stories from his foster parents when he first arrived in the country, including running 30k on his second day there. When he asked his foster father where to run, he called the Tully HS coach and asked how far 30k was, who responded, "I'll be right down."

Watched the race and saw Andrews hanging out in the back and was never a factor...any thoughts?
hahaha Lomong is so doped this year, it's silly. Centro hasn't even started his saladbar cycle yet! just wait till Centro gets on the Rupp regimen. He'll be JOGGING 3:49 indoor miles, while backpedaling the last 50m with Montano's flower in his ear!
