I watched the race video and did not notice any obvious violations. She forced her way out of a box with a pretty gutsy move at about 1300m and did cut off D'Agostino, but no contact was apparent. D'Agostino probably had the right to enforce her space, but chose not to.
Hasey was in good position most of the way, but looked listless and faded badly. She needs some rest.
