I am wondering if anyone can give me a prediction for what i should get in the 1600 and 3200 at my next race. Here are what my hard workouts were for the last two weeks:
3 mile repeats at 5:45, 5:40, 5:35, with 3 minutes rest in between each one, followed by 4 200s at 30 second pace
acceleration and speed workout, do not have my splits
4 by 1000 meters at 3:20 with 1 minute and 30 seconds of rest in between each one, followed by 3 200s at 30 second pace
8 by 400 meters with 1 minute of rest in between each one, the first 4 were at 75 second pace, the second 4 were at between 68 and 70 seconds for each one, followed by 2 200s at 32 second pace
i am doing long runs of about 8 miles once a week, and the other days i do core work, weights, easy runs, stuff like that
