Lunn and Gruber probably 35/65 at best. Torres, Luchini and Donnelly are long shots.
Lunn almost got it before, but he's been in some good races. I just think he would've gotten it by now. Gruber has proven to be in 3:37 shape and unable to get that last second in fast races. Since Torres has been training well recently, maybe things will come around, but I doubt it. Luchini and Donnelly would shock me if they hit even close to their times.
I didn't mention Broe, because I consider him 50/50 at best (probably less). In a perfect race and perfect pace/setting of runners around him, I think he can barely get it. Anything less and he won't. In fact, I'll say right now he won't.
