I am looking for straight up honesty here. I need to know whether I should go after it, or if it isn't worth my time. All opinions welcome.
In Highschool I ran 1 year of track and 1 year of cross country. I went in to that track season out of shape, with no training whatsoever due to having sustained a broken bone in the winter. This left me immobile for about 3-4 months.
My PR's
400m- 52
800m-2:01
1600- 4:40
My XC PR is 18:06. (I suck big time at distance)
I would need to post one of the following to walk on:
1:54 800m
or
4:20 1600m
I suppose the 800m time is a more realistic time as my coach told me he thought I could of easily been sub 2:00 if I hadn't injured myself in the winter.
My question to you all is in about 9 months do you think I can I get my times to the walk-on standards considering in 3 months I was able to get down to 2:01?
Thanks all (Not trolling)
