What would be longer: Rupp's long jump or his shot putt?

I think he could be trained to pull off a decent long jump. His shot put shouldn't be terrible because he weight trains and his arms are kind of long, but I see more potential with the former.

Rupps an athlete. He could go around 19 feet.

Shot put, easily.

With a bit of training he could probably get around 6m in the LJ. I bet he'd be more like 8m in shot, if not farther.
