At our school we have an "indoor track" that is made of some slippery material, very narrow, and 160m. Since its exams and we don't have time to go to a normal track, our team has been doing some workouts on that track. Also, we just started doing hurdle mobility after distance runs. I'm probably the only one on our team that has any experience with hurdle mobility since I've been doing it (albeit sporadically) since freshman year (1x every 2 weeks maybe). But, the first day doing hurdle mobility at school, the hurdles were a little higher than I was accustomed but i did them anyway. The next day, we did a workout on the indoor track without any stretching prior to the run. My left hip area/high groin started acting up after the first interval but i ignored it and finished the workout, and it was especially hurting on the tight turns. That was 4 days ago. The day after my hip hurt like crazy on an easy 5 mile run but i endured. Now it doesn't hurt to do endurance runs other than random jolts of pain, but i can't do ANY speed without it killing. It seems like one of those injuries that will heal in no time, but it is annoying me a lot. How can I recover it as quick as possible?
