Last year in outdoor I ran 56, 209, and 452. What is my best event? Also, what are good goals for next year? I am looking to improve all events. I run year round. Our team's training consists of workouts M-W-F with recoveries the other days starting at 20mins at the beginning of the season building up to 45 mins by the end, and a 70 minute long run. The summer is base building, ending with 55 minutes a day and a 70 minute long run.
