What exactly is a "blue-collar" runner?
In the real world is refers to the working class or manual labor. So what is a blue coller runner?
A runner with a blue collar job?
A runner who works another job as source of income?
A runner who does not have proper facilities needed for performance (track, weights, trails)?
Galen Rupp would be a good example of a blue-collar runner.

Rojo fancies himself as one, I doubt he's ever done a manual job in his life (lets the help do it), has a golden envelope whenever necessary and always had good facilities.
Basically it's an imagined state of mind for the insecure. Kind of like a"sub elite".
