The 10 x 400 suggests you can go under 4:40.

I'm confused, was the 4 x 200 part of the 10 x 400 workout? How much rest after the 10 x 400 before you began the 4 x 200?
Using 4:35 as a guide, I would say anywhere from 9:30 to 10:00. I wouldn't look for a huge pr at your first couple of meets as those will be rust busters, but you never know. Towards the end of the season, I definitely see you in the 9:40s based on your 5k time IF that was a true 5k.
We had two laps recovery after the 10x400.
