Asbel has some serious upside and I am looking forward to see him being healthy and kicking a$$ in 2013.

I agree, it is crazy watching him race. I really enjoy it though, he is one of my favorites. His stride seems so effortless.

Is there a scientific explanation on Kiprops 'muscles' and why he can move so fast on so little mass?

Were not talking about 27minute 10k 'fast', 3:28 is another level.
