I did 6 laps but on garmin it shows always 1.55 to 1.56 so not 1.50 which questions the accuracy or which way i should go.
Second chart is based on time of 6 laps and not garmin average .

My goal is 2:22 marathon this spring. I want advice about this data and knowing HADD says you should be able to run marathon at 170 and for me that is always the case. Is 2:22 a reasonable goal with 20 weeks of training ahead. Any advice is appreciated. Also which test do you focus on garmin watch or automated time to determine pace?
Thanks
