Recently got a VO2 max test (800m runner), heres the results:
PEAK CARDIOVASCULAR RESPONSES
VO2 Max: 72,6
VO2 L/min: 5409 (written on reference document but the Exercise Test Summary had the numbers 5.372)
VCO2 (l/min): 5.794
Anaerboic Threshold (AT)(l/min): 3.978
AT (% Predicted Max VO2): 115
PEAK VENTILATORY RESPONSES
VE Max (l/min) BTPS: 174.5
Tidal Volume (VT) (L): 2.307
Respiratory Rate (RR): 84
Breathing Reserve (%): -10
GAS-EXCHANGE RESPONSES: 5.0
End Tidal O2 (Peak Pet02): 15.6
VE/VO2 @ AT: 26.0
VE/VCO2 @ AT: 30
VD/VT (Est) @ Rest: 0.11
VD/VT (Est) Peak: 0.21
Respiratory Quotient (RQ) (Peak): 1.08
HB: 14.1
Blood Pressure: 124/78
So, is there anything anyone could say about this test?
One question is, RQ, what does the number 1.08 say?
Also, a few years ago I got these results:
HB: 14.9
BP: 141/72
VO2: 69.0 - 66.5 ml/kg/min
VO2: 5.057
