Pretty straightforward question. I have a problem - I've been eating chocolate like crazy for no good reason the past couple days. I feel guilty right after I do it but everyday I tell myself I'm going to stop and I don't. I'm usually not like this so I'm gonna kick it soon but it makes me feel like a fatass and I know it's pointless.
Anyways from what I can tell I'm eating like 40g of sugar. Is that REALLY bad or just bad?
Also, I've been running further on my runs purposely (since I'm just in a base building phase) because I feel guilty. The past 4 days I've ran 10 miles each day when I usually run 6-8 on base days. (Mileage goal is 50, long run building up to 12).
So does running these 10 milers everyday help offset my chocolate eating at all or does it not work like that at all?
Please help and someone give me the breakdown
