So I've had an injury in the belly of my hamstring and a glute injury too for a while, and am getting regular therapy/ART to treat it and its slowly getting better. Since I've got the injury, I've been going to the gym to stay fit and usually doing 90 minutes total of cycling and elliptical, with weight training occasionally. I don't go uncomfortably fast, most of it is easy and some steady state. I also do plyos and bodyweight leg exercises.
Lately my injury hasn't been getting much better (after making good progress for ~3 weeks), so I'm wondering if the gym is limiting my recovery. The doctor doesn't think so, but do you guys think it might be affecting me?
