Last Thursday I twisted my ankle while running at night. It was pretty painful at first. It already felt a little better the next morning. I went to a chiropracter and she diagnosed it as an upper ankle sprain to my talus. I took 4 days completely off and began doing short easy runs on Tuesday. It has now been 10 days and I don't have any problem walking or running easy. It still hurts a little when I press down on my talus or bend my foot to the right. My chiropractor officialy cleared me to start running on Friday. It has now been 10 days. Even though it is fine when I run, should I be concerned that it still hurts when I press down on the area? I really Don't want to take any more time off but I also don't want to get injured again!!
