Luke Skywalker, right?
Luke Skywalker, right?
Not technically a Jedi you idiot.
Yoda said he was.
Yoda.
Supposedly the best Jedi swordsman, his record against Sith lords was 0 wins, 1 loss and 1 draw.
Vader defeated 2 Sith, 1 Jedi, 1 Luke Skywalker, and lost to 1 Jedi and 1 Sith. Easily the best record of any Sith or Jedi considering the Sith are far superior. And he was the only Jedi to defeat the previously undefeated Dookoo, who was 3-0 against Jedi up to that point.
If Vader had ever tracked down Yoda, he would have killed him, easily.
Wrong. The best with the lightsaber was Mace Windu. He defeated palpatine with ease and was about to make the killing blow but Anakin intervened like a bitch and made things worse for everyone.

Obi Wan Kenobi.

Do you guys think trolling on the internet will always be this easy?
Nice work, OP. First response was hook, line, and singer.
Palpatine calculatingly let Windu defeat him so that Anakin would intervene and be turned to the Dark side.

Also this is wrong. Kenobi messed up Vader in the end of Sith.

Nope don't think so. Anakin was had either way at that point.
Wrong. Windu used Vaapad which allowed him to tap into the dark side of the force without giving himself fully to it. This allowed him to defeat palpatine. He was simply better with the lightsaber while palpatine was superior with the force.
Ok, so why did Mace Windu have the only purple lightsaber? Seriously, is there some Star Wars nerd answer to that?

Even if he defeated Palpatine, that's still just a 1-0 record against Sith, which is not as good as Vader's 2-0 record.
Not to mention Vader's 1-0 record against Windu.
And Vader actually killed his Sith opponents instead of hesitating until it was too late.
I accept only the films as Canon. A careful watching of ROTS would lead one to conclude (although it is not explicitly stated) that Palpatine lost to Windu as part of his ploy to turn Anakin.
Whether he would have lost anyway is another question, and one I cannot answer.
Also to the poster who said that Anakin was lost anyway - that may be true, but Palpatine needed an inciting event to bring him over.
Vaders 1-0 record against Windu? Laughable at best. He sliced off his hand without warning. Windu did not know at the time that Anakin was being a little bitch about this girlfriend. When you think about it Star Wars was a needless War over some pvssy. Sad

If he got caught napping, that's his own fault. Jedi are supposed to be vigilant and see the future. He was weak and Vader was strong.
And you don't seem to dispute that Vader's 2-0 record is superior, so I'll assume you admit defeat and are just trying to save face for your precious dead Windu.
He died screaming like a woman, you know. Force lightning to the face and thrown out the window like a rag doll.

I accept only my own imagination as canon. Anakin is the most overated because he let himself get molested by Palpatine

Samuel L. Jackson likes to write weird clauses into his movie contracts, one of which was that he would have a different colored lightsaber from everyone else.
