CBA will stomp everyone.
Baxter won't have a chance at Footlocker Nationals.
She probably won't even show up.
We already know who the national champions are, this is just another race. Too bad Footlocker let themselves fall.
Sarah Baxter is National Champ, Mary Cain 2nd, they must be running for 3rd down in southern cal.

Who are they then?
Footlocker has nothing to do with Nike's continued failures.
I would rate Baxter as in the top 5 or 10 in the country, and Cain in the top 15 or 20.
We'll find out who the top runners are this weekend at Footlocker Nationals.
I ran it when it was called Kinney nationals. Too bad Footlocker dosent matter anymore. RIP Footlocker.
Sarah Baxter has helped redefine clueless but it just makes you want to root for her.
I'm not going to turn this into a debate on who is better between NXN vs. Footlocker, but to say that the national champion has been crowned ignores the fact that (Kinney)Footlocker has been the established national championship since 1979. NXN has it's merits, but just because you create a rival meet and an alternative for teams to continue, you can't argue that the winner of the Footlocker meet is the individual national champion. These are the best 10 runners from each region, and all 40 girls and 40 boys competing are studs. To run here means that you are a great runner....to win here means that you are a true champion.
Sarah Baxter did not even enter.
NXN wasn't a cross country race. It was an obstacle course.
This weekend the true national champions will be crowned.
Sam Wharton will win... again.

No, it was a cross country race, just not some manicured little road race like you want so that you can get a fast time. A race is competition to see who can cover the race distance the fastest that day. NXN was every bit a race.
real xc.. wrote:

did you actually watch the race? that wasn't real XC.
NXN was an awesome cross country course. European style.
But Sarah Baxter isn't going cause she won the Nike meet and probly thinks she's the national champ cause of that.
Just hope it isn't Cheserek or Andrew Gardner. Hasn't been an American champion since Michael Fout

That's because American boys are lazy wusses. They should train harder and stop whining so much or just give up and go full time into mudder events. They can be world champs in that.

Nike is a bunch of clowns. Their novelty mud bath was a failure, pure and simple.
The really stand out failure though is nike, and their continued inability to hear what people keep saying to them.
Cheserek will destroy.
