I got the flu Friday and still have it though not as bad (today is Wednesday). Every time I think I'm getting better though, I start to feel like absolute shit again. I haven't made school since Thursday and don't know how i will make up all this work im missing. I generally have a loss of appetite but have eaten lots of citrus fruits, soup for dinner, and have been drinking a lot of fluids. I've slept a ton. What else can I do to get better?? Also when I get back from running how should I approach the rest of indoor?
